Fruit Fall Privacy Policy

A game that keeps your progress on your phone or in your own Google Play Games account, and says plainly what its ads collect.

Last updated: November 4, 2026

This policy explains how the Fruit Fall: Drop & Merge app for Android ("Fruit Fall" or "the game"), published by Privacy LLC, handles information. It adds detail to the Privacy LLC Privacy Policy, and where the two differ for the game, this policy controls.

The short version

  • Fruit Fall has no accounts and no servers of its own. We do not receive your scores or progress from the game. The one thing the game can send us is a bug or idea report that you write and choose to send (see Reports you send).
  • Your progress stays on your device unless you are signed in to Google Play Games with Cloud save on. Then a copy is kept in your own Google Play Games account, which Privacy LLC never receives (see Cloud save). The game turns off Android backup.
  • The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers and related information to serve and measure those ads, as described below.
  • Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details.

Information stored on your device

To work, the game saves the following on your device. None of it is sent to Privacy LLC, and only your progress is copied anywhere else, by Cloud save:

  • Scores and statistics, such as your best score, games played, play time, and lifetime coin and diamond totals
  • Game progress, such as coins, missions, daily rewards, the city map, events, collections, and a paused game
  • Your settings, such as sound, music, vibration, animations, and notification choices
  • Timing records used to limit how often ads appear
  • If you use Report a bug or idea, the Gmail address and name you entered, so the next report is quicker, and a report that could not be sent yet, until it is sent
  • If you buy Remove Ads, a one-way fingerprint of the purchase used to remember it offline. If you buy a diamond pack, Google Play's order number for it, so the same purchase is never credited twice; it stays on this phone and Cloud save does not copy it. Purchase tokens and your payment details are not stored.

Some of this information is signed with a key held in your device's secure keystore, to guard against tampering. Android backup and device-to-device transfer are turned off for the game. Without Cloud save, uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes this information permanently, and it cannot be restored; with Cloud save on, your progress can be restored from your Google Play Games account.

Cloud save

If you sign in to Google Play Games, Fruit Fall saves your progress (your towns, coins, diamonds, scores, missions and collections) to your own Google Play Games account, so a new phone can pick up where you left off. Google stores it, and Privacy LLC never receives it. Your settings, a game in progress and the Remove Ads purchase are not part of it. Cloud save is on by default and can be turned off in Settings; you can delete the save from your Play Games profile or your Google Account.

Advertising

Fruit Fall is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. The game shows a banner, an occasional full-screen ad after a game ends, and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch for a bonus.

To serve, limit, and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK built into the game may collect and process information including:

  • Your device's advertising ID and app set ID
  • Your IP address, which can indicate your approximate location
  • Device and app information, such as the device model, operating system, language, and app version
  • Interactions with ads, such as views, taps, and whether an ad finished
  • Diagnostic information about the ads SDK's performance

Google may use this information to show personalized ads, depending on your choices and where you live. Google's use of this information is governed by Google's own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy, and you can learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your ad choices

  • In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other places where it is required, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before requesting ads. You can change your choice at any time from Privacy choices in the game's Settings.
  • On any Android device, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings under Google, Ads, or Privacy, depending on your device.
  • Buying Remove Ads turns off banner and full-screen ads. Rewarded ads remain available, but only play when you choose to watch one.

Kid mode

Fruit Fall has a Kid mode, switched on in Settings. While it is on, every ad request the game makes is marked as directed to children and limited to ads rated suitable for general audiences (G), so the ads shown are not personalized. Kid mode also turns off in-app purchases, spending and the offers to watch an ad for a reward, and asks a grown-up's question before any link that leaves the game opens and before Kid mode can be switched off. Kid mode collects nothing extra and changes nothing that is stored or shared beyond what this policy already describes.

Family-safe ads

Without Kid mode, a player can turn on "Family-safe ads" in Settings, which does the same for ads alone: every request is marked as directed to children and limited to ads rated G, so they are not personalized. Turning it off asks the same grown-up's question. It collects nothing extra.

Purchases

The game offers two kinds of optional purchase: Remove Ads, bought once, and diamond packs, which can be bought again. Purchases are processed by Google Play under Google's terms and privacy policy. Google Play tells the game what you have bought, and the game checks each answer is genuine before it grants anything. Privacy LLC does not receive your name, email address, or payment details. Google may share limited order information with us for accounting, refunds, and support, as Google Play does for all developers.

Once a day the game sends privacyllc.dev a one-way fingerprint (a hash) of each Google Play purchase token on your phone, with a random number that identifies only this installation, to ask whether any of those purchases was refunded. If one was, the game takes back what that purchase gave. The purchase tokens themselves, and everything else about your purchases, stay on your phone. Privacy LLC answers from Google's list of refunds, stores neither the fingerprints nor the installation number, and holds the installation number in memory for at most a day, only to limit how often it is asked.

Ratings and reviews

The game may occasionally invite you to rate it using Google Play's in-app review prompt. The prompt is provided by Google Play, and any rating or review you leave is handled by Google under its own policies. The game is not told whether or how you rated it.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders on your device, such as when a repair finishes or a daily reward is ready. These are created and delivered entirely on your device. The game does not use push notifications, and no notification data is sent to us.

Sharing a score

If you tap Share, the game creates a picture of your score and hands it to the app you choose. What happens next is up to you and that app. The game does not share anything on its own.

Device permissions

The game asks for, or its built-in Google services use, the following Android permissions:

  • Internet and network state, to load ads, connect to Google Play, and send a report when you tap Send
  • Notifications, only if you allow them, for the reminders described above
  • Vibration, for haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings
  • Advertising ID and ad services permissions, used by the Google Mobile Ads SDK
  • Keep awake and background work, used by Google's ads library to finish its own background tasks; the game itself does not use them
  • Google Play billing, to process Remove Ads and diamond pack purchases

The game does not access your location services, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, or accounts.

What we do not do

  • We do not use analytics or tracking tools of our own in the game.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not run servers that receive your game data. The only thing the game sends us is a report you choose to send.
  • We do not ask you to create an account or give us your name or email address to play. The Report screen asks for the Gmail address you joined the test with, only if you use it.

Reports you send

The game has a Report a bug or idea screen, in Settings and in the pause menu, for the people testing it. Nothing is sent until you tap Send. A report carries only:

  • What you typed: a title, what happened or your idea, the steps for a bug, the Gmail address you joined the test with, and a name if you give one
  • The game's version, your phone's model and Android version, and your language setting
  • Whether you sent it from Settings or the pause menu

It does not include your progress, scores, purchases, advertising ID, or any other data from your phone. It travels encrypted to privacyllc.dev. What you typed, your Gmail address and your name are stored encrypted; the version, phone model, Android version and language are stored with them unencrypted, so reports can be sorted. Only Privacy LLC can read any of it, and the report is tied to your tester entry by your Gmail address. A report from an address that is not on the tester list is not kept.

Testing programme

Before a version of the game is released, a small group of internal testers tries it through Google Play. If you ask to join on the Fruit Fall testing page of our website, the website (not the game) collects your name, the Gmail address you use on Google Play, and, if you choose to give them, your phone model and Android version, along with your agreement that you are testing a pre-release build.

  • We use your Gmail address to add you to the test in Google Play, which adds testers by address, to recognise the reports you send, and, once you are added, to email you the steps for joining. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not send you marketing.
  • That email is sent from [email protected] under the name "Fruit Fall at Privacy LLC", only after a person at Privacy LLC has read it and pressed send. It passes through our email provider, Purelymail. Replies come back to Privacy LLC: those that reach [email protected] are read by our AI assistant, which passes them to a person here. Replies are kept only while they are needed for the test, and are deleted with your details if you ask.
  • Your name and address are encrypted when we store them, and only Privacy LLC can read them. Our alerts about new requests say that one arrived, never who sent it.
  • If we do not add you to the test within 90 days, your request is deleted.
  • To leave the programme, or to have your details deleted, write to us through the Contact page and name the Google account you joined with. Deleting your details also removes your name and address from any reports you sent.

Children

Fruit Fall is a general audience game. It is not directed at children under 13, and it is not part of Google Play's Families program. Privacy LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the ads in the game are served by Google, a parent or guardian who believes a child has used the game can reset the device's advertising ID and turn off ad personalization in device settings. Contact us through the Contact page with any concern.

Deleting your data

The game stores its information on your device and, with Cloud save on, your progress in your own Google Play Games account. To delete what is on your device, clear the game's storage in your device's app settings, or uninstall the game; Start over in Settings also forgets the address the Report screen remembered. To delete the cloud save, open the game's Settings, then Cloud save, and tap Delete cloud save. It replaces the save in Google Play Games with a small note that it was deleted and when, with no progress, and turns Cloud save off on this phone and on your other phones; the game on each phone is kept. You can also delete it from your Play Games profile or your Google Account; turn Cloud save off in the game on each phone first, or the next sync puts it back. We hold none of your game data. If you asked to test the game or sent us reports, ask us through the Contact page to delete them, and we will remove your name and address from every report you sent. For information held by Google, use the controls in your Google account and device settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of personal information, and to withdraw consent. For the game's ads, you can exercise these through Privacy choices in the game's Settings and through your device and Google account settings. For anything else, contact us and we will help where we can.

Changes to this policy

If the game's data practices change, for example by adding a feature that sends data off your device, we will update this policy before that version is released and change the date at the top of this page.
