How we measureTracker
Every percentage is measured, not estimated.
Each figure above is closed issues over total issues, read from that product’s own tracker when the page loads. We do not type these in by hand.
A product with no reading shows no bar at all, rather than a guess. Figures can also fall when new work is planned. That is what a real measurement does.
